PROCESS
Mr. Koch has developed a long-standing relationship with a highly qualified, professional printer in the Portland, Oregon area to ensure that your print is produced to the highest industry standards. Prior to production we make sure the colors, values and contrast corrections are made to duplicate the original, whether created traditionally or digitally. Sometimes a decision is made to “pull” an artist's proof to verify the corrections.
THE PRINTER
Our Fine Art giclee prints are produced on an Epson 11880 with archival Epson Ultrachrome inks and a UV coating which are rated for color-fastness for up to 108 years.
SUBSTRATES
PAPER
Our paper prints are produced on Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl which is a cellulose-based FineArt inkjet paper with an inkjet coating specially tailored for printing fine art. The bright white paper has a delicately textured surface and a smooth, silky feel. In combination with the premium inkjet coating, it produces an elegant finish with a subtle, pearl-gloss effect. Once printed, the paper impresses with outstanding reproduction of color and detail, deep blacks and striking contrasts. The acid- and lignin-free FineArt Pearl meets the most exacting requirements for age resistance and is ideal for printing high-quality black and white as well as color artwork, whether paintings, graphics or photographs.

CANVAS
With our Gallery Wrapped canvas prints you have a choice of matte or glossy laminate finish and your choice of 5/8" thin or 1 ½" wide stretcher bars. As with the image you see displayed on our website, each canvas print will come with a small border of solid color on the face with the same color continuing around the “wrapped” edge.
METAL
The High Gloss White finish produces the brightest and best image definition. This is the most impressive finish for paintings. It is highly recommended and a popular choice.
The Semi-Gloss White is a good choice offering nice bright colors, but minimal glare. It is often used in rooms with large windows.
